FAQ – Pregnancy Yoga

What do I need to bring to yoga class?

We provide all equipment, including mats, belts, blocks, bolsters blankets and cushions. Bring your own water bottle.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that is loose or stretchy.

When can I start Pregnancy yoga?

Pregnancy yoga is recommended from the 12th week of pregnancy until the birth of your baby.

Is there parking available?

Parking is available on the street and there is a car park opposite the yoga studio.

Do I need any previous yoga experience?

You don’t need any previous yoga experience for pregnancy yoga. Each Student works at their own level allowing for different stages of pregnancy.
