These workshops will take couples through the stages of labour using breathing techniques, sound, yoga postures and meditation to aid the birthing process. Information will be shared about the stages of labour and how yoga and meditation can help in each of these stages.
Couples will be shown massage techniques to help relieve pain and will practice different birthing positions for different birthing situations. A birthing visualisation will help couples get a better understanding of this transformative event.
